I bought this again.
The first one I bought lost its light after only 3 months.
Only the white LED is off, but the 4000k LED is on, so only the bulb color is visible.
I placed another order again.

Delivery 12 days, via Meest Post. I did not communicate with the seller. I checked, everything is fine, it works, the whole set. The remote control has 8 buttons: ON/OFF/3H (3 hours) /5H / 8H / 25% (brightness) /50%/ 100%, all as described.
Since I purchased it for my own purposes, I am going to modify it a bit, so I took it apart. Maybe someone is interested in the internals; you can view my photos. There is room for 4 18650s, but there are only 2, they are quite small, so I think the capacity is approximately the same as indicated, that is ~ 800mAh each. Well, I think with such a panel it won't be possible to charge more in a day.
